    Sign up for the monthly plan and get your first week free! For just $150/month, you’ll enjoy unlimited classes each week, receive a personalized startup nutrition plan, and be part of our supportive fitness community. This plan is automatically billed each month for your convenience.
     

  • Drop-In Rate:
    Prefer to pay as you go? Drop into any class for just $19 per session. Plus, with every 10 classes you attend, you'll receive a free session with our loyalty punch card!

  • Full Body Assessment: For imbalances & injury prevention by our NASM corrective exercise specialist with 20 years experience! We are NOT your regular bootcamp. These are specialized training camps with coaches who will help prevent injury!

    *Assessments from 20 year veteran in industry; including knowledge of sports, general fitness, rehabilitation, corrective exercise, weight loss, functionality, body sculpting/transformation. 
    Our guy knows his stuff & is one of the best in the field.
     

  • Body destress program: Designed by Coach Jonathan, a corrective exercise specialist with over 20 years of experience, this program is specifically crafted to help reduce muscle tension, improve joint stability, alleviate nerve pain, and promote a healthy nervous system response. 
    J's Body De-Stress Program has successfully helped hundreds of clients achieve lasting relief and improved mobility, making it a key component of their fitness journey. Whether you're recovering from an injury or simply seeking to alleviate daily stress, this program is tailored to support your body’s needs. You will receive a digital link with the program & Coach will walk you through it in person.

  • Nutrition Support: Personalized guidance to fuel your body for recovery and growth. You will receive 1 nutrition assessment, and 90 day specialized nutrition plans to support your fitness goals.

    At Rock Solid, we’re more than just a fitness program, we’re a community. Here, you’ll build lasting relationships with trainers and fellow participants who will support and motivate you every step of the way. This is the heart of what we do: creating a solid, supportive network of like-minded individuals who are passionate about loving their bodies and improving their lives. As a member, you’ll have access to our exclusive Rock Solid Community Bootcamp Members Facebook group, where you’ll receive ongoing support from our Coaches. We’ll challenge you to stay consistent, while also providing helpful resources like specialized food prep recipes, smoothie ideas, and more to make your journey easier. But that’s not all, our community extends beyond the gym! We’re introducing Rock Solid Community Events like pickle-ball, air-soft, archery, white water rafting, skiing, hiking, paddle boarding and special events to help you connect with others and have fun while staying active. Who is it for?

At Rock Solid Bootcamps, we welcome individuals 18 yr & up! As long as you are committed to your fitness journey and ready to work toward lasting, meaningful change. Whether you're just starting out or are an experienced athlete, we welcome you. You will be welcomed & made to feel right at home. We designed this camp to build community, so come on! We are excited to have you! Each workout offers beginner, intermediate, and advanced options to ensure a personalized challenge. Our  instructors also provide Coaching assistance to guide you every step of the way. This is a co-ed bootcamp and we will have more than 1 Coach in each class to support each member! This is not a regular bootcamp lead by your average Joe trying to loose weight. This specialized fitness training camps with skilled Coaching. 

Our supportive community fosters accountability and motivation, helping you tone up, build strength, and learn safe, effective exercises designed to reduce the risk of injury. Whether your goals include weight loss, muscle gain, or overall fitness, our NAASM-certified & trained instructors are dedicated to challenging and encouraging you in a dynamic group environment.

For participants under 18, parental consent is required. Join us today and become part of a community that’s focused on your success and well-being!

Location

These are Rock Solid Bootcamps that will be held at Rebel Fit co. 161 Locust St. Redding, CA 96001. Rock Solid Coaches will lead each camp. 

What to bring

Water bottle, hand towel, and yoga mat (if you prefer to use your own.) If visiting for the first time, please arrive 15 minutes early to sign waivers.

Kickstart your year with our fun, high-energy Booty & Body Blast bootcamp, DESIGNED FOR WOMEN looking to SCULPT and TONE their bodies, with a SPECIAL FOCUS ON GLUTES! This class will help you build strength, boost confidence, and feel amazing as you get ready for the new year. We recommend you start with us in the co-ed and transfer over!
